Good morning guys it's like 7:30 a.m.
and in the morning my voice sounds like this, but I just woke up and I'm gonna get ready for Mock Trial I'm, just gonna wash my face, make sure I don't look dead, like I.
Do right now, I'm, probably around 8:45, only for pancha, because it starts at 9:00.
So see you guys- and here is a weird montage of all the stuff that I have to get ready because I still have no music hi.
My name is Ethan.
I was asked to do this by someone mock-trial is it some Micra is another one I'm sorry, my bad bog trial is a like it's kind of like court.
You do like cases and try to argue them.
My friend over here, I, don't know if you heard that yeah.
So that's, basically what a mock trial is.
It's it's! Okay, it's fine! I, didn't finish any of my things.
Actually, I did scratch that I I did.
I did pre trial and opening I need to the rest.
Oh I, don't know what else to say: I'm just trying to build time to make this vlog better.
Oh, wait am I supposed to be looking into the camera.
Sorry, first time, thank you subscribe and leave a like down below.
Oh I should do this more often.
Thank you huh, yes, I am the new Asian Jake Paul five I am not gay.
This is Riley and she's one of my favorite people so mock trial.
Is this fun thing where we pretend, like we're lawyers, and we try and convict a guy of crimes? And you me a step off buddy and basically, what we do is like.
There's I'm gonna, kick you in the nuts there's like a prosecution, attorneys and then there's defense.
This is mock trial.
This is actually promote.
Trial is just not much.
I conce, I think that's it.
The prosecution squad, prosecution that star and she's also one my favorite people, poorly Avery, Williams OKC they've, seen the defendant.
Here's my chance.
This is what the the witness detective detective.
He was a freaking reporter Hayden Rodriguez heard the defendant, Casey Davidson say before he exited the crowd at the Oh Kennedy rally.
Well, coincidentally, following the exact same trail that the victim Alex, Thompson had and barely five minutes later, Thompson was found dead, with two depressed skull, fractures and next to the body, a walking stick with the initials C D carved into it most used the phrase.
Here's my chance to describe something that they might have the opportunity to to have say or do ever again.
In this case, Davidson saw his chance to get rid of someone with whom he agreed who, with whom he disagrees with I'm sorry Thompson's life was at risk.
The moment he left the O Kennedy rally.
That's when Davidson saw his chance and took it witness detective Adrian Carroll will testify that Davidson had also bluntly threatened.
Thompson's life saying someone should kill idiots like you.
Witness reporter Rodrigues will testify that Davidson yelled at Thompson during the rally saying get back on your side of the line or you'll get what's coming to you.
So we can see that, just by these examples alone, Davidson had already decided Thompson's faith, Alex Thompson, a beloved, a beloved member of our America Association, and the tight-knit acorn town community community was threatened and now murdered for his beliefs.
He died a martyr's.
It was on that day, September 14 2017 that Alex Thompson met his brutal and unfair end.
The prosecution will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Davidson is guilty of killing Alex Thompson Mena's, like one of the best people in the world, not gonna lie we're going to break now and then we'll come back and finish our Court I'm tripping over a chair.
We are gonna, win spoiler, we didn't win I'm, not I, got my degree at Western, California, Technical, College and I own my own store in eighth horn, and if anybody needs any help with their phone, you can come to my store and I'll, give you a discount and though your stores, attempting to yes, so your friends at Davidson they're dead center.
Yes, yes, and do you ever use your I would say Lisa's car about 22 times a month and the other key knows garlic is infinitely superior, so were you under store in the day of the rally? I wasn't much your and did you see Davidson? You saw anything about well, if you did have blood on his clothing and you know, that's not something you see every day so I noticed I.
Did he give an explanation for me.
Somebody at the rally had been punched and thoughtful it everywhere and about what time was he he was in my store from around 10:00 to 10:00.
So in your experience at least efficient, yes, I have, as a matter of fact, one time.
I was on Thompson's trail because he had not made any of this, and so but like you got mad at me, so he took a swing at me.
Davison help accepting huh today to identity protection.
Yes, good morning, miss Williams good morning.
Do you remember having the car on any of the nights in question from the GPS tracker said you know, moving on to the year store is, but it's already evidence section your honor those lot fun days, but first question so earlier.
You testified that you use you use Davidson's car three or four times a month.
Correct! Yes, and do you remember having that car on any of the night in question to the GPS tracker? How do you know Your Honor may I approach through this? Do you remember having that car aren't any of the nights? Oh wait, then you want to get better than evidence right.
We learn this yeah, okay, okay, so when you, when you show this, for you say, take take a minute and look at these dates.
You were you there on any of these dates.
Okay, is it definitely realistic, like she's, never seen it before you just kind of flash? It mean fine now moving on to the day of the crime, as you still look at it across a chrome park near Town Hall.
Yes, now, when Davidson was in your store, he purchased something correct.
Yes, and did you get my receipt for that the time by the time when your see actor yes and earlier you testified that Davidson told me about the someone being punching and explaining.
Why had blood on him Brett, yes, did he specify the criminal had been punished in the testimony he mentioned to be appeared to be in a hurry, said to be anxious, correct, yes and Davidson was in your store for at five minutes most correct.
Let's talk about your relationship with the defendant.
How long have you two known each other, we've, probably known each other for about five years? They would send help swap.
Would you say you two are close? Yes, and earlier you mentioned to the fence that he defended you from Thompson in that crowd.
Yes, so he even defended you from harm Brett.
Yes, do you feel, like you owe Davidson I, wouldn't say that I really owe him, but I do think that I should so just to be clear, do you feel, like you all the defendant and a mock trial, Riley Ethan? Why aren't you with Ben alright, so that was the end of mock trial of Benjamin? Franklin is literally you're 12, so shut up.
So we had like a really great day.
We went through all of our stuff.
Abby did a great job.
She she didn't do her cross, but yeah and star star is a star.
She had a good singer and yeah.
We had a really great day today.
I objected, maybe you guys subscribe and leave a comment down below leave a like yeah I am Jay Paul, alright, I'm Jake, all right, bye.
